If the dealer's up-card is an Ace, he or she 'peeks' at the hole card to determine if the hand is a Blackjack. In real casinos the blackjack players may guess the card the dealer has in the hole when the dealer peeks.

POKER X FACTOR is a hand replaying software, The hand histories from the tournament were given to pro "CrazyMarco" he posted them on Pocket Fives forum. This person then took the file ran it in PokerXFactor and made a video. The idea is not to show him seeing the cards. It shows how he folds and raises perfectly every hand because he did know the other hands.
